What the base website includes
The base website covers five core pages in one language for €2,400 one-off, including 19% VAT. Which pages explain your offer best is agreed with you, and the site includes a contact form for enquiries. The legal notice and privacy policy are added free from your ready texts and do not count towards the five. Additional pages and special functions are quoted individually. We develop the structure and website content from your answers to our questionnaire. Mobile-friendly layouts, page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup are included. You provide the photos and ready-to-use legal texts. Legal drafting, legal review and a compliance guarantee are not included.
Design and revisions
We prepare four preliminary design sketches based on your preferences. If none fits, a second set of four sketches is included at no extra charge. You can choose a direction or combine elements. These are design sketches, not eight completed websites. Two revision rounds on the developed website are included separately. Each round is one consolidated list of requested changes and may contain many individual changes. Further rounds cost €240 each, including 19% VAT. New functions outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. We fix errors caused by our implementation at no charge, without using a revision round.

The optional content management panel lets you edit the agreed areas of your website. We define those areas before development. For the second language, we translate the website content and check its display; you supply the legal texts in that language. Photography includes a visit, the shoot and image editing within 80 km of Villingen-Schwenningen. Locations farther away are possible by arrangement.

A cost example at our current prices: the base website plus twelve months of our optional hosting service comes to €2,400 + 12 × €36 = €2,832 including 19% VAT, at an unchanged monthly price. Hosting is billed six months in advance (€216 per six months), so the example is an annual cost illustration, not an annual contract or a first invoice. Add-ons, ongoing SEO support and separately agreed services are not included; with your own hosting, the costs follow your provider's contract.
The steps
- Requirements and contract: what the business does, what the site must achieve, and the agreed scope and price in writing before work begins.
- Questionnaire and materials: your answers, photos and ready legal texts; we develop the structure and website content from them.
- Design and build: the design direction from the sketches, the build, and your consolidated feedback in the included revision rounds. Before launch we check the display, links and the enquiry form.
- Completion and full access: the invoice after completion; once it is paid, the website is yours.
Timing and payment
A base website usually takes one to two weeks; materials, photos and approvals affect the schedule. We agree the scope in a contract before work begins and invoice after the project is completed. Once payment is made, the website is yours and you receive full access.
Additional pages, larger websites, online stores and complex builds get their own schedule. Our five-page base website and a five-page site with a booking system that syncs to a calendar are entirely different projects.
Hosting and cancellation
Hosting is optional, and you can choose your own provider and domain. Our hosting, domain and technical support service costs €36 per month, including 19% VAT, billed six months in advance. There is no additional minimum term beyond the paid period. To stop the service, let us know at least one week before the end of the paid six-month period. Service then ends when that period expires and does not continue into the next one. For ordinary cancellations, paid periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis; statutory rights remain unaffected. We cannot guarantee resolution of faults at a third-party hosting provider. We still fix errors in our own implementation at no charge.
SEO after launch
Optional SEO support: €600 per month, including 19% VAT. We use around ten working hours per month as a guide to the effort involved; tasks and priorities are agreed. Three-month minimum, then monthly. Reports are provided quarterly as standard, or monthly on request. During the first three months, we implement the agreed improvements and report what changed, how search visibility is developing and what to do next. We do not guarantee Google positions, traffic or enquiry numbers. After the minimum term, you can end the service at the end of a service month.
