A new website, the infrastructure that runs it and ongoing marketing are three different things. We keep them separate in every quote so you can see what the project itself costs and what keeps running afterwards.
Website, add-on, hosting and SEO prices are final prices including 19% VAT. The Google Ads management fee and the monthly development plans are net prices excluding VAT and are marked as such. Scope is agreed before work starts, additional work is agreed before it is done, and the binding terms are the ones in the written quote and contract.

1. The website project
The base website covers five core pages in one language for €2,400 one-off, including 19% VAT. It includes structure and website content, an individual design, mobile-friendly layouts, the SEO basics and two revision rounds. Which pages explain your offer best is agreed with you. The legal notice and privacy policy are added free from your ready texts and do not count towards the five. Additional pages and special functions are quoted individually.
Optional add-ons: content management panel €240, second language €180, photography €600, each additional revision round €240, custom calculator from €600 and appointment booking calendar from €720, all one-off and including 19% VAT. Larger websites, more pages and other functions are quoted separately before the work starts.

2. Ongoing SEO and marketing support
SEO support costs €600 per month, including 19% VAT. We use around ten working hours per month as a guide to the effort involved; tasks and priorities are agreed, and the actual effort can vary. The minimum term is three months, followed by monthly continuation; after that it can be ended at the end of a service month. Reports are provided quarterly as standard, or monthly on request.
The monthly fee does not include an unlimited number of pages, articles or languages. A larger task can take up a substantial part of the month's budget, or be spread over several agreed steps. We do not guarantee Google positions, traffic or enquiry numbers.
Support after launch is its own body of work. It can include developing content further, technical SEO tasks, or reviewing the search data that is available.
How often work is done and reported is agreed up front. Google Ads and GEO are not unlimited extras included by default; they are planned according to the task and itemised separately when they fall outside the agreed scope. What the retainer covers: ongoing SEO support.
Website relaunch
Design refresh from €1,785, including 19% VAT, with mobile layouts and implementation on the existing pages agreed in advance. Larger website relaunches are quoted individually based on scope and the changes required. More: website relaunch.
3. Hosting, domain and other running costs
Hosting is optional, and you can choose your own provider and domain. Our hosting, domain and technical support service costs €36 per month, including 19% VAT, billed six months in advance. There is no additional minimum term beyond the paid period; to stop, let us know at least one week before the end of the paid six-month period. For ordinary cancellations, paid periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis; statutory rights remain unaffected. Business email can be arranged if needed; it is not included by default.
A published website needs infrastructure. Hosting, domain, email where required, and third-party software all create recurring costs. These are distinct from SEO work and from new development.
Before a project starts we clarify which services are needed, who holds each contract and which costs keep running. How later changes or a handover to another provider are handled is agreed concretely too. Technical upkeep in detail: website maintenance.
4. Google Ads
From a minimum agreed Google ad budget of €1,000 a month. Management: 30% of that budget, net. At €1,000 of ad budget, that is €300 net plus 19% VAT, so €357 including VAT. Google bills the advertising to you directly; WebAktive invoices the management separately. Setup, conversion tracking and ongoing management are included. A new landing page is quoted separately.
5. A separate initial analysis, where one is wanted
If we are to examine an existing website for the first time, a separate initial analysis can be agreed. Its scope and price are set out in the individual quote. The ongoing checks inside the monthly retainer are part of the agreed time budget instead — a separate initial analysis is never added to your bill silently.

The other packages have their own scope
Our other packages are presented with their own scope and billing. The base website for €2,400 is not a cheaper name for those packages. What matters is which services and how much capacity you actually need. What changes the effort
Content: Approved copy and usable images are a different job from writing, photography or translation from scratch.
Functionality: Forms, calculators, content management and external connections each bring their own build and testing requirements.
Sign-off: Several approvers and late changes affect the timeline. One clear point of contact keeps things moving.
Growth: A fixed support scope creates a frame. New tasks outside it are discussed before they are started.

FAQ
Is the ad budget included in Google Ads?
No. The Google ad budget starts at €1,000 a month and is charged by Google directly to the payment card in your own account. Our management fee is 30% of the agreed monthly ad budget, net, plus 19% VAT, and is invoiced separately. Google Ads is not included by default in website or SEO services.
Do we have to take a marketing retainer?
Ongoing marketing support is agreed separately. Independently of that, the running costs of the website need to be settled.
What is the minimum term for support?
SEO support has a three-month minimum term. After that it continues monthly and can be ended at the end of a service month. Please let us know about a week beforehand if possible; this is a planning request, not an additional mandatory notice period.
When is payment due?
We agree the scope in a contract before work begins and invoice after the project is completed. Once payment is made, the website is yours and you receive full access. Hosting is billed six months in advance. Ongoing support gets its own agreement.
What happens with additional requests?
We check before doing the work whether it belongs to the agreed scope. Additional work is scheduled only after it has been agreed.
