We collect the open requirements and send you follow-up questions. Together we settle content, functionality, responsibilities and how sign-off works. Then we discuss the quote and the schedule.
Create
The design direction grows out of the agreed requirements; existing content and images are used and missing material is planned for. Pavel builds the site and the agreed functionality, such as a price calculator or an admin area, while Oleg covers the agreed SEO and marketing tasks. Which drafts and revision rounds are included is fixed in the project scope.
Launch
Before publication we check the agreed content and functionality together: the display on mobile devices, the contact routes and the editing options that were planned. Acceptance, handover and payment follow the project agreement.
Grow
After launch the site still needs a domain and hosting, and possibly email or other agreed services. If you want to keep developing SEO, GEO or other marketing, we agree ongoing support with clear tasks.
