WebAktive builds new websites, modernises existing ones and takes on agreed online marketing tasks. Our focus is the combination of web development and SEO. On request, GEO, Google Ads or looking after Instagram and Facebook come on top.

We work with companies across Germany and internationally: established B2B companies as well as businesses that are just starting. What matters most to us is fitting the website and the marketing to the company's actual requirements.

The base website costs €2,400 one-off, including 19% VAT: five core pages in one language. The legal notice and privacy policy are added free from your ready texts and do not count towards the five. Content management (€240), a second language (€180) and photography (€600) are optional, each one-off including 19% VAT. Additional pages and larger projects are quoted individually.

SEO support costs €600 per month, including 19% VAT. Around ten working hours a month serve as a guide to the effort. We agree the tasks and priorities; the actual effort can vary. If substantially more work is needed regularly, we discuss an extended offer with you in advance.

Yes. Ongoing SEO support can be agreed independently of a full rebuild. First we establish the state of the existing site, the access we need and the tasks to be taken on.

A base website usually takes one to two weeks; larger projects often about a month. Complexity, the material available and how long sign-offs take all move the date. We agree the actual schedule for your project. One fast relaunch is not a commitment for every website.

A single point of contact, consolidated feedback and material provided on time help most. If feedback arrives within a business day, the build is easy to plan. If your company needs more time for internal decisions, we build that into the process together.

The minimum term for SEO support is three months. After that it continues monthly and can be ended at the end of a service month; please let us know about a week beforehand, as a request rather than a notice period. Reports come quarterly as standard, or monthly on request. Hosting is billed six months in advance with no minimum term beyond the paid period.

No. Google charges the ad costs directly to the payment card in your own Google Ads account, and we invoice our management separately. Our Google Ads offer starts at an agreed Google ad budget of €1,000 a month. Our fee is 30% of that agreed budget, net, plus 19% VAT: €300 net, or €357 including VAT, at €1,000. Setup, conversion tracking and ongoing management are included; a new landing page is quoted separately. Google Ads are not automatically part of other website or SEO support.

Yes, if content management is part of the project. For alkon, for example, an admin area for news and job listings was built. Which content you want to edit yourselves is settled before development.

Once the invoice is paid, the website is yours and you receive full access, together with the documents that belong to the handover. Third-party software, fonts or other material carry their own licence terms.

No. Ongoing SEO and GEO support is optional and agreed separately. Hosting is optional too: you can use your own provider, or our hosting, domain and technical support service for €36 per month, including 19% VAT, billed six months in advance.

We agree the scope in a contract before work begins and invoice after the project is completed. Hosting is billed six months in advance. Ongoing support gets its own agreement.

You describe your project through the form or by email. We then send follow-up questions and first recommendations where useful. Once the requirements are clear enough, we can discuss scope and price. A meeting in person can be arranged where it fits geographically and organisationally.

Many questions have to be settled internally or with other people on your side. Written communication gives you the time for that and keeps requirements, feedback and decisions on record. Where needed, we add a call.

There is no fixed point in time. We plan the first period of support over three months and assess the data available. Some changes take effect sooner, others later. We cannot guarantee new enquiries or an AI recommendation.

Our team works from Villingen-Schwenningen. We support clients in Germany and internationally, primarily remotely, in German and English. We do not operate a walk-in office. The Australian provider and registration details are listed separately in our legal notice.

We work in German and English with companies across Germany, and on international projects by arrangement. Coordination is mostly by email or an agreed call. You can supply photographs you already have; a photo shoot on site is possible by arrangement but is not part of the monthly SEO and GEO fee.

That depends on your goals, budget, and how you want to manage the site after launch. We work with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, and custom-coded solutions, and we'll recommend what genuinely fits your business, not what's easiest for us.

Yes. Before a relaunch we look at the content, the functionality and the existing URLs; domain, hosting and platform can stay if they suit the planned changes. Design refresh from €1,785, including 19% VAT, with mobile layouts and implementation on the existing pages agreed in advance. Larger website relaunches are quoted individually based on scope and the changes required. We cannot guarantee unchanged rankings.

Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops. With most web traffic now coming from mobile, it's a core part of how we design and build.

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance covering updates, security monitoring, performance improvements and technical support, sized to the site and kept apart from SEO and new development.
