Earning the search traffic, then converting it

A categorised advice library written by the crew, feeding a quote funnel. The site earns search traffic on real moving questions — what a move actually costs, what gets charged for, how interstate works — and then converts it.

The quote runs from two addresses and returns a real number, with the review score and the no-deposit promise alongside it.

The challenge

Removalists all compete on price, and a bare quote form gives someone no reason to trust the crew turning up at their door. Competing on rate alone is a race the smallest operator always loses.

Answer the question, then quote

Articles cover the things people search before they are ready to book: hidden costs, office relocations, interstate moves. Someone arriving on a cost question is further from booking than someone on a quote page, and much further along than someone who never arrives.

Pricing stated in full

One call-out fee and an hourly rate, with depot-to-depot travel explicitly excluded — the charge most competitors add at both ends of the job. Naming the thing the industry is quiet about is the trust argument, and the site makes it directly.

Three ways to be quoted

Hourly for most jobs, a written estimate from photos, or a fixed price agreed up front. Different jobs carry different risk, and pretending otherwise is what produces the invoice nobody expected.
