WebAktive combines website development with SEO and GEO. We have been helping companies build and develop their web presence since 2024. We work as a two-person team from Villingen-Schwenningen for clients across Germany and internationally. You deal directly with the people doing the work on your project.
Oleg and the development of your visibility
Oleg leads SEO and digital marketing at WebAktive. He has five years of practical experience across Germany, Australia and Russia, including two years in Australia, where he led an SEO team with two staff members. At WebAktive he analyses the starting position, prioritises improvements and guides the development of content, search visibility and enquiry paths.
His work also covers checking how a company is represented in AI-assisted search and evaluating the marketing measures that have been agreed. The projects he and Pavel run together show how that work connects to the technical development. Client data and internal analyses are published only to the extent they have been released.
Pavel and the technical implementation of your website
Pavel leads web development at WebAktive. In 2026 he completed a bachelor's qualification in Computer Science at Queensland University of Technology in Australia. He builds websites and the functionality that fits how a business actually works: content management, a multilingual site, or an enquiry process covering several different kinds of job.
His selected work includes the websites for alkon, SwiftMove, Safe'N Easy Movers and Ace Monster Trucks. These projects show different requirements and are a selection of his work, not a complete list of every website he has built.
How we work together
We communicate in German or English, mostly by email and in agreed calls. Requirements, responsibilities and sign-off are settled before implementation starts. Factual statements about a client's business are confirmed by that client; Oleg is responsible for what WebAktive publishes.
Oleg and Pavel work from Villingen-Schwenningen with clients in Germany and internationally. We work in German and English, primarily remotely. We do not operate a walk-in client office; in-person meetings can be arranged individually. The business is registered in Australia, which is separate from our team's working location — our legal notice provides the legal provider details.
Our work on concrete projects
For alkon, the focus was a contemporary B2B site, the company's own photography and content upkeep afterwards. For SwiftMove, a website with an enquiry form and price orientation was built. For Anagart, an artist shop with its own payment, stock and postage handling. Further projects include Safe'N Easy Movers and the relaunch for Ace Monster Trucks.
