An online store has a harder job than a marketing site. It has to help someone find the right product among many, trust an unfamiliar seller with card details, and finish a checkout without a single moment of doubt. Most lost revenue happens at one of those three points.
What we do
- new stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware or a custom build
- migrations between platforms without losing rankings
- category, product and checkout improvements
- payment, shipping and tax configuration for the markets you sell in
- ongoing development and support
Choosing a platform honestly
Shopify is fast to launch and easy to run, at the cost of platform fees and some flexibility. WooCommerce is flexible and cheap to start, and needs someone competent maintaining it. Shopware suits German-market B2B and complex catalogues. A custom build makes sense only when a real requirement rules out the others.
We recommend based on your catalogue, team and budget. If the simplest option genuinely fits, we will say so rather than sell a bigger build.
Findability inside the store
Most stores lose people in the category pages. Filters that do not match how customers think, sort orders that hide the popular items, no way to compare. We design category structure around actual buying behaviour, and make sure filtered views do not spawn thousands of near-duplicate indexable URLs.
Product pages that answer objections
The information that closes a sale is usually the unglamorous kind: dimensions, compatibility, delivery timing, return conditions. We structure product pages so the questions that cause hesitation are answered before someone has to go looking.
Checkout
Every additional field costs conversions. Forced account creation costs more. We keep checkout short, show total cost including shipping early, and make payment methods match the market — which in Germany means taking invoice and direct debit expectations seriously.
Migrations
Platform migrations are where rankings die. URLs, redirects, product data and structured data all need mapping before launch, and verifying after. We treat a migration as a relaunch with inventory attached.
FAQ
Can you migrate without losing SEO?
With a proper redirect map and content inventory, yes. Some fluctuation for a few weeks is normal.
Do you handle payment setup?
We configure the providers and test the flows. The merchant accounts are opened by you, since they are financial contracts in your name.
Can our team manage products afterwards?
That is the intent. If your team cannot add a product without us, the build was done wrong.
