We design and build websites for manufacturers, production companies and industrial suppliers. Working with your team, we present products, services and technical capabilities clearly and create straightforward routes to an enquiry. New site or a rework of the existing one: we match scope, content and functions to your company.
A real industrial project: for alkon we built a German-English site with the company's own photography, drawing enquiries, and content management for news and job listings.

Industrial project alkon
alkon manufactures aluminium structural components for commercial customers. For the relaunch, the requirements were discussed in person and four design directions were prepared. The company's own photography shows the plant and its work. The new site went live on 13 September 2026. The four concepts belonged to this project and are not a blanket promise for every job.

The project shows the functions we built, not additional enquiries or orders. External audit scores are not visitor numbers; the case study explains how to read them. Read the alkon case study
What your customers need to know before they enquire
A buyer or technical contact has to be able to see whether your company suits the job. We work out with your team which details belong on the website for that.
Services and manufacturing capabilities
We discuss which products, services, materials, machining options and applications your website should show. One possible structure leads from a service overview to specific processes or applications, and from there to documents and contact. That way the content makes choosing a supplier easier.
Machinery, credentials and documents
We publish only the services and credentials your company actually offers or can back up. Details of machinery and documents sit with the service they belong to. Your specialists check the technical statements. For alkon, a page of its own presents the machinery and manufacturing capabilities.
Preparing technical enquiries
The enquiry route follows your sales process. Together we settle which details your team needs for a first assessment. If you need drawings or other files, we plan a suitable way to send them. For alkon, an enquiry with drawing files was built; job applications have a route of their own. Which functions your company needs is agreed in the project.
German, English and maintaining your content
Language versions for your markets
For alkon, a German and an English page structure were built. Which languages your company needs depends on its markets and customers. Technical translations are checked and approved. A further language takes its own effort and is included in the project scope.
Updating content within your company
A content management setup can let your team change selected content itself. For alkon, news and job listings were set up that way. Other companies may need product information, contacts or documents. The editing options are planned around how your team actually works.
Scope and cost of your industrial website
The base website covers five core pages in one language for €2,400 one-off, including 19% VAT. We check in advance whether that scope suits your company. For a larger industrial site we prepare an individual quote.
Structure, copy, design and build
For your project we agree the page structure, content and functions. We write the website copy from the information you provide; you check the technical statements with your specialists. The legal notice and privacy policy are added free from your ready texts, unchanged, and do not count towards the five. Design and build follow the agreed scope. What exactly is included is set out on the page about the scope of the base website.
Additions to suit your needs
Additional pages are quoted individually. Further languages, content management, photography and special enquiry functions are agreed separately. The price depends on the pages, content and functions you need, and you receive a quote that describes the agreed scope. Our pricing overview shows which work belongs to the base offer and which additions are agreed separately.
How we work with your team
We start from your services, target customers and existing website. Then we agree structure, design, functions and sign-off. You or your specialists check and approve technical copy before it is published. Oleg connects the content with search topics and marketing; Pavel is responsible for website development. Meet the team
Our team works from Villingen-Schwenningen with companies across Germany; meetings in person can be arranged.
Renewing an existing website, with SEO in mind
If an existing website is to be renewed, a website relaunch includes checking the current URLs and setting the necessary redirects to suitable new targets. Titles, headings, canonicals, the sitemap and language connections are part of the agreed technical base. Scope, dates and your involvement are set out in the quote. Questions about industrial websites
What does a website for an industrial company cost?
The base website with five core pages in one language costs €2,400 one-off, including 19% VAT. Additional pages are quoted individually. Further content, languages and functions are agreed according to the project scope. The legal pages are built from the texts you provide, unchanged and at no extra charge.
What material do you need, and who writes the copy?
Product information, existing copy, photos and technical data all help. We develop the structure and the website copy from your information. Your specialists check and approve the technical statements. You provide the legal texts; we use them unchanged on the legal pages at no extra charge. Additional content and photography are agreed separately.
Can we have our existing website reworked?
Yes. First we check which content, images and parts of the structure can be reused. Then we agree the changes needed. How we handle existing page addresses and redirects is explained on our website relaunch page.
Can customers send us drawings with an enquiry through our website?
For alkon, sending drawing files is part of the enquiry route. For your website we clarify which details and file formats your sales team needs and how the documents are processed further. The function is agreed separately as part of the project scope.
Are several languages and in-house content upkeep possible?
For alkon we built German and English content and a management area for news and job listings. For your company we agree which language versions are needed and which content your team should later edit itself.
How long does it take to build an industrial website?
The timeframe depends on the scope, the material available and the sign-offs needed. We agree a schedule for your project and settle when your team needs to supply information or review content.
Can we coordinate with WebAktive in person?
Our team works from Villingen-Schwenningen and supports companies across Germany. The first coordination happens online. In-person meetings at your premises are arranged according to the project's requirements.
